I broke the frame on my glasses which I need to be able to see the computer screen for work. They got me in for an appointment the next morning and I got a new prescription, found new frames, and got my new glasses ordered in an hour. I still needed a solution for the next 10 days until new glasses came in. They were able to find an inexpensive frame in the store that my current lens fit with a little shaving. I was back at work and able to see the computer screen that afternoon. Wonderful!
I was very pleased with the whole setup from the point of entry. The whole COVID thing aside! Everything was explained to me every step of the way. I have been going here since they opened and i have always enjoyed great service from both the doctors and staff.
